This is my second meeting with Min Jee. I remark that her face is already less puffy. She hasn’t noticed this because she sees herself every day. Then again, she admits that her sister as already asked her if she was on a diet. Great feedback on a weight-loss program I’d say!
She had a week end trip to LA and managed very well. Min Jee wisely chose a hotel with a gym, as well as downloaded the pedometer to her mobile phone with the mission to walk over 10,000 steps a day.
She took daily pictures of her meals to keep track of her efforts and made smart choices at the restaurant, such as opting for a bun less (lettuce instead) vegetarian (rather than meat) hamburger.
She keeps telling me; “It’s amazing, I’m not hungry at all, usually, I’m always hungry”. I explain to her that this is owing to the principles we applied, designed to regulate her blood sugar levels, they consequently help curb her cravings and her appetite.
She is incredibly motivated: raises 30 minutes earlier each morning to exercise and heads for the gym straight after work. Whereas previously, she never had the time. Motivation makes so much possible!
She mentions having tried to go gluten free on several occasions and likes the feeling of lightness it gives her. We decide to keep on this path as it seems to agree with her.
Overall, she eats lighter meals in the evening which is an improvement in itself.
These are a victorious first 10 days… See you in another 10 days for check #2!
